I have really been trying to improve my drawings. So, I am really excited about having two complete days to draw! You just can't any better than that.

The Battle of Mobile Bay!

I just bought this news reel for about $140. Judging by the date on the reel, August 5, 1864, it appears to be the Battle of Mobile Bay . I have no doubt in my mind that this is real footage. I paid a pretty penny for it. A fake news reel would not have cost this much.





At the end of the video, James Ewell Brown Stuart saves Fort Morgan, resulting in a Confederate victory!

I got this cool book on knights at the library. It was a three volume set that had all armor throughout the ages. I drew some of the knights that I liked best.
